I got this since a couple of weeks just after defeating some in normal Arena. The worst they create sometimes a new account with a lvl 1 and than they PM me again with words like "nigga" "black slave" and so on - now I am leaving the Game. That's too much for me....

Damn. If the words of some random guy in a game are enough to upset you this much, then you should quit gaming altogether. You'll meet these kinds of trolls in every game; have a thicker skin. I'm not blaming you or anything, but don't make a big issue out of something like this which is commonplace everywhere. Learn to ignore stuff like this.

Welcome to the world of online games buddy. Just ignore these trolls and make the most out of the ignore feature. You can also send a ticket and report them about their behavior. 

Report them.  They sound like a terrible person.  They probably spent a lot of money on the game and are terrible at pvp.  That person is just angry at theirselves for spending so much.

To be honest, if you decide to really play games like this, there is a very high chance that you will experience hate speech or event trolls in the server chat.

 

Tip: Just hide the "Server" Chat and focus on the guild chat. Works like a magic.

I'm sorry to break your argument, but, accepting words form anonimous ppl, that means you're not ready to play online, we already deal with havely censorship filters, we barely can speak our native languge, for example for you "Negro" means somthing racist, not a normal word, in mine is not, and to be honest i detest ppl who can not ignore or ppl who gives attention to troll like our beloved Shiena, R.I.P.
