How do I start awakening story

I’ve reached lvl 60 and even done the quest I got but still can’t access the story

I think was an update regarding this where the base classes have been removed and the Awakening/Ascension quests have been changed into normal story quests. So you need to use a Character Awakening/Ascension Coupon to ascend or awaken.

Yep, you need to use a Character Awakening/Ascension Coupon to ascend or awaken your class.
