I bought a 7-day Fortune Scroll in IS and have had crappy loot all week. I didn't get ANY Ahkrad - normally I would get at least one per week. This Fortune Scroll is a shitshow.

That Fortune Scroll in the Pearl Shop did not indicate that you would be able to obtain an Ah'krad surely though. It just increases the drop rate of spoils of battle by 5%, and reduces the cooldown to find chests by 5%.
