I am now level 45 and the gear section in path power still locked. Can someone guide me about how to complete this "rare armor task"?

IIRC, you have to get the character section to a certain progress.

If you're stuck at the "quip a rare item" step, that means just equip a blue item in whatever slot it's talking about. 

I have the same issue. It said complete 'Rare armor' task in the character page....all of my armor pieces are rare (blue). I also meet the first requirement in that tree. Nothing happen.

Where can I find the detail task information?

Click on button, then look on right side of window that pops up.

That's the actual step to review each tie within the tree.

However, the Gear tree is locked, where it show the % of each tree(character/camp/gear). The only description it shows is to complete 'Rare armor' task.

I was having the same problem. But it was actually in the first task tree all along. If you look through the first task tree, it is there, 3-4 task after the do 3 Ruins boss task.

Hey guys, so ive been playing for days and just now realized that i dont have the 'path to/of power' and 'character info' menu.it doesnt show on my UI and Ive checked Youtube and the internet but nothing is of help. Do i have to finish tasks for this? Hope someone can answer me since i like this game and dont want to quit for this reason.
