So I've been looking through forums and searches and so far I've yet to see any information about if we are going to get Wukong for global servers. Does anybody have any hopeful information?

As far as I know, Wukong is exclusive only to CN Server. There are no updates on the official website if Wukong will be released on Global Server. I think it is better to keep an eye on their weekly Patch Notes if there will be some news about it.
