Recently I have encountered a player in Asia server who I don't want to name, standing still in every Ramoness match after joining a match..
It's very unfair to us and kills the mood.. Please bring out some punishment for such players who despite joining a Ramoness match or any team event for that matter deliberately repeatedly remain still and affect the match..

Maybe it is best to report him to customer support. They might be able to provide punishment to the player you are pertaining to.
