Looks like your on  your own on this one.  There's a option for grinche's in settings by turning music: off

I am not Grinch but i turn off music in the game menu and put on my own playlist of music that i like for game play.

Holiday spirit is nice, but not all of us likes the dull music, all thore who in favor say,Oh yeah.... Dance,trap,hip hop,hard style..other.  Boo ya ..la la la. =)

Most of grind happen AFK so might as well listen what you truly like instead same old oldies. Just my opinion on this matter ,not necessary that i opose holiday generic music in general or the ingame tunes specifically. =)

Yeah. It gets old after a while.
