Hello. I purchased the starter package for new players and there was supposed to give me a red armor with the other items, but the armor never came. Also I am doing these bosses in order to get purple chests, I complete the challenge from the first map (Serendia, Balenos etc) but the cheat does not appear in my bag. Do I have to finish all 15 challenges? Thanks

I think its best if you visit and report it to the Customer Support. They will be able to help you out with your lost items.

You can send them an e-mail through their Customer Support Link. When you scrolled down to the lowest part of the Forum, you will be able to see Customer Support as well. Just provide them the details for them to be able to assist you.
