Yep, CS is de only wey. As much as we don't want to touch the Ukraine - Russian conflict, some people are just that brave behind a monitor and a keyboard (or a mobile phone). Just report those people in CS. I can tell you this, chat ban is legit real. Take it from someone that was banned XD

This is just sad. You can report them to CS. I know they have a dedicated team for this kind of report. I used to report someone and they got muted for some reason haha.
