The Eclipse class, while possessing a unique and visually appealing design, currently suffers from a number of weaknesses that make her feel lackluster compared to other classes. This letter aims to highlight these issues and advocate for necessary buffs to revitalize her gameplay.

[Black Spirit Skill] Eclipse's Black Spirit Skill (BSS), while visually unique, lacks effectiveness. The aiming system is imprecise, resulting in missed attacks and a lack of impact. The slow, boring arrow animation further detracts from its appeal.

[Skillset] In both arena and farming, Eclipse struggles to compete with other classes. Her skills lack the necessary damage and crowd control (CC) to effectively engage in PvP or clear large groups of enemies efficiently.

[Specific Skill Concern] The "Royal Fencing: Reposte & Lunge" skills need significant improvement. Eclipse's mobility is also limited, with short, unstable blinks that make it difficult to escape or chase opponents. This pales in comparison to other classes like Hwaryeong, who boasts a long invisibility duration with CC immunity, or the Golden Boy, who enjoys a powerful, CC-immune swing with high damage.

[Farming Speed] Eclipse's farming speed is hampered by a lack of area-of-effect (AOE) damage and weak skills. This makes her less appealing for players seeking efficient resource gathering.

Overall: The lack of competitive viability in both PvP and PvE has resulted in Eclipse becoming a neglected class. This is a significant concern, as it risks rendering her obsolete and forgotten.

The BDM team should prioritize buffing Eclipse and other forgotten classes to ensure she/they remains a viable and engaging option for players. By addressing the issues outlined above, Eclipse can be transformed from a "filler class" into a true hidden gem, worthy of her unique design and potential.
