Its a bug. You need to start over and do the family quest in order. Dont take multiple quest at one time. Do family quest first. Thats just what i think you can do if no one there that can help you.

What i mean by starting over is uninstall the game and download it again but this time you need new account.

You should be able to do the quest for Red Nose; your CP is way above the requirement. Have you contacted their support for this? No ones able to help you out here in the Forum.

Just do your main quests, eventually, you will be able to finish your concerned boss rush.
