Hello guys, 

 

Im having a bit of an issue regarding the passes mentioned in the title, i simply didn't get them and have no idea how to get them.

The game says i need them in order to:

-open the black pearl chests (that i got through amity with NPCs)

-unlock the ascension quest (i reached lvl60 and got Southwest Calpheon knowledge at 100% and yet the quest is still locked because i don't have a ''Southwest Calpheon Pass'') 

 

So i'm wondering if this is a bug or im missing something. Please help!

 

PA wants to say about : "Fuck it doesn't matter" - They almost destroyed the game already.
They just dont listen...

Seeing as you've already completed the quests. It would be much better to contact PA in either their support or in Discord. I haven't seen any moderator here in the Forum.

alright i tried submitting a support ticket, hopefully it gets fixed soon :x

the issue has been solved after yesterday's maintenance
