I’m sure I’m missing something, but I just crafted the blacksmith and it says camp is full. I must expand. I figure I have to upgrade the town hall, but I believe that one of the requirements is to build the blacksmith.

What am I missing?

Did you try the expansion button right next to upgrade button for town hall?
