So i vaccum from bdm and recently i played again but why my family name turned into REST.... (Numbers)?. I already use family name change card but still cant changed, pls i need help

I think this might be the case.

■ Family Name Registration

New adventurers will now be able to create a family name after completing the main quest "The Boar Ambush," instead of when creating your first character.

ㆍThe quest will show up as completed to adventurers who have already registered their family name.

ㆍAdventurers who have accepted other family quests before the update will need to complete all ongoing family quests before accepting the Family Name Registration quest.

ㆍAdventurers who have not yet registered a family name will get a random temporary family name.

ㆍAfter completing the Family Name Registration quest, the family name and camp name that appears in chat window will be updated after maintenance.
