I got all resources to craft pink totem but there is no option for me to craft? Do i need to complete main quests able to craft? Please help!

Behind which one is it locked exactly? I can't make it out. I'm currently on 19.5k CP and I'm currently in South Valencia. When do I get the main quest with this pink totem to unlock?
