You can got it from "Chaos Loot Chest", it's drop form monster on any maps in South's Valencia. But,some chest has and some chest no has. Don't herry about "Story quest" then play ahead to forward on step.

You can occasionally find them at town merchants who have the gift box icon next to their names. If none, use some stamina to refresh once or twice and some flowers are likely to show up. Slow going, but it adds up.

I know from youtube that GM sent for free to people for finish quest.
Can i get the same ? I m new player and after 2 days farm chaos and buy almost every hour at gift shop , i have 23.
So please Gm help me :)
