it asks for a main quest - a familiar face, and i can't find how to begin this or what requirements i need. would be nice to have some advise.

This quest is in West Valencia Chp 5. My issue is I've already completed this quest. But I still can't fuse my totems. It keeps telling me to complete the quest. But my quest log shows it completed. I'm past that in the story line. Is there any way to restart a completed quest?

I figured out you can rank up the totems through the black spirit enhancement ability. But the other things still calls for me to do the quest "A Familiar Face".
