What happened to the equipment enhancement RNG?
Why is so hard to HEP/+7 right now?
Im never seen someone got HEP in they equipment in story log and always stuck in PEN or HEX
I think something ITS already broken in the system'

It's by design. The chances are low because 1. PA wants you to buy enchance material from the shop. 2. PA wants to trottle your power level, slow your progess so they don't have to keep making new game content. 3. PA and everyone would always push the blame for enhancement failure to you, because "your" RNG is bad not the system that is the problem. And that is why there is a decline in active and new players. The only ones that is still here, are the whales and people who put too much money and time into this garbage to quit. Bloody greedy developers.
