I can't do quest "A Scary Memory" in story list.

Due to I have to donate 150 blue rose corolla, but I don't know where I find them.

I have just come back to play for 2 weeks and I know that it is free reward for event previously, but now it has gone.

 

How should I do it?

Farm chaos map.The eliion chest (also drop in hadum) can reward this blue flower.
