I am unable to upgrade skills.  I have many skillbooks, novice level, and yet the skillbook use on the upgrade screen is greyed out, and all I see is "Extract Skill".  

I have the skillbooks for the specific skill, but they still don't register to upgrade.  At this time, only "Skill Training" is useful, which doesn't do anything to the individual skills, which still sit at 0%.  

Any suggestions?
