Can anone help with this quest i am unable to get the letter at fogans (Serendia) i have no clue how to get the letter at all, i have spoken to daddy Fogan but no letter.

Thanks for the videos, i have looked at the tree but no letter ...i have feeling that is bugged somehow

PA pls fix the Saini questline we are loosing a lot rewards this way.
