PA did a dick move introducing bells for hot time.

This way they make money for stuff they used to do for free.

This way they made Valor event a waste of 30 minutes.

PA can go fuck themselves for literaly removing useful hot time for rest of the servers.

this is called greed, they could just sell a premium for a month and have a stable income, 
but since there is no idea for further development in the game, they prefer to get as much money as possible now than less,
 but for a longer time
