They don’t care... layten or shrine crashes is part of the game since they launched it. They didn’t fix and don’t intend to fix. New updates will make only worse so better quit the game like a lot of us especially iOS players

No issues here and I've done it everyday; i play on both iPhone and iPad Pro. Could it be one of the servers?

It is phone related, at first my game crashed in the desert and every time I joined world boss, after I changed my phone I do not have that problem.
