make a limit or cp cap in the rank arena to 10k cp so that other newbies or F2P's have a chance to go toe to toe with each other since the cp cap is 10k only, so that they can enjoy rank arena, rank arena nowadays is so difficult since alot of the players are whales, or shall i say, above 10k cp or i mean 10k cp nowadays is so easy to kill or defeat in rank arena, what more if they are just 10k below trying out rank arena
