Could helper can solve my problem? my black spirit already level 100+ but cant using Condensed Dark Energy.

My friend said to me : 'you must have level 100+ black spirit to using the Condensed Dark Energy'

After my black spirit already level 100+ and i want to use Condensed Dark Energy, but i cant used it cause didnt appear in black spirit transfer energy. i already toggle the filter from Common to Abyss, and the Condensed Dark Energy still didnt appear on my black spirit list.
