I' just hit level 70 last week  on an alt and now I been grinding for a week, almost 24/7 and all i have is 13.3%...wtf. at this rate, what, get to level 71 by by the end of summer....what is going on...making me just wanting to quit playing all together

They are intentionally slowing down our progression.
