I foolishly bought a "lucky" relic chest package, which is a clearly orange item. Unlike all of the other orange chests in the game it gave me yellow items. I was expecting more and you led me to believe I would be getting more. After this purchase and previously getting no reds for a $50 alchemy stone package, you just lost a paying customer. I will never make another purchase until you change your misleading practices.

Lucky relic chest (as stated by pearl abyss due to legal requirements in order to operate this business model in many countries) is 20% chance of containing orange relic, 80% chance of encardin/yellow. That is a 1 in 5 chance of this chest containing an orange relic.

80% is a huge number. 80% is a guranteed, lost. yellow. its a gamble were you'll loose.

Some folks have trouble with big words I guess. PA sold me an orange chest that gave me only yellow trash. I told them they lost a paying customer. Deal with it.

P.S. Dear PA I play another game that I spent $300 on last month. Know why they got my money and not you? Because I actually get something useful for my money. Not sure how much longer I will be playing your game but I am sure you will never see another dime of my money unless you make some serious changes. Not that you give two shits about me or any other player that isn't willing to mortgage their home for you, greedy MFrs.

You also got 1000 pearls and 500 black pearls, along with the 10 yellow relics... I'm pretty sure if you spent 300$ on this game you would see results just as you did the other game. Thank god it's just a chance for orange relic and not guaranteed, then that would make the game completely pay2win. There has to be some sort of balance to keep people from just using their wallet to get everything.
