Anyone know how long does it take for the devs to answer a ticket? 2 days ago I accidentally sold my red stone in npc shop and I submitted a ticket right away but nothing until now ( they said on the website that they can only restore item in 7 days from the day I sold it)

I've usually had a response in less than 2 days for the pc version.  I've only sent 1 ticket for the mobile version and i think it was 2 days also but only cause for some reason it put reply/responses/updates for it in my spam folder.

 

So I'd check spam folder in case you need to mark it as not spam.

Can the Devs please change the pricing on the market...
Since the merge our prices in original European server has increased by so so so much that it's not worth buying primal gear and primal accessories anymore...
Like no one will buy things anymore because the price has increased by at least 80% more or less..
Please fix it...
Our stuff was extremely cheap before the merge...
