Re-payment

Hello! I write to you already 3 times, please read carefully! My bank rejected the transaction on the card, considering it suspicious. Your company has blocked access to characters and requires re-payment. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to get to the game store to re-purchase the item without access to the characters.
I contacted the bank so that they made a re-payment on the details of the canceled operation. They replied that this was not possible.
This tip doesn’t help me.:
We understand that you are reporting that you cannot access the re-purchase window to lift the restriction on your account. In line with this, kindly follow the steps access the repurchase window in the game:

Force Close (Android)
1. Open the "Settings" app
2. Swipe upwards and tap "Apps"
3. On the top menu, swipe to the left and tap the "Running" tab
4. Tap each app that is not required by the system/phone
5. Tap the "Stop" or "Force Stop" button

Also, please be advised that you can use a different payment method/gateway to complete the re-purchase on your account.
Can you give me a link for a re-payment? I can’t find where this can be done !!!!

For one this is not applicable cause you don't pay to play.  You could have only not been able to purchase something from the store by your bank rejecting it as suspicious which wouldn't block your account either way.

 

2nd if you wrote 3 times you obviously didn't write a support ticket @ https://world.pearlabyss.com/Support/Start/Index/Mobile

or access it via clicking on "Customer Support" at the footer of this page (bottom right)
