I’ve read that it’s possible to use an Xbox controller with BDO mobile. However, after I pair my controller through Bluetooth it doesn’t work with the game. Is there a step I’m missing?

Pair your Bluetooth then restart game. If that does not work turn your Bluetooth off and on and re-pair controller.
