You get as a reward in Ancient Ruins about 90% of time.

I gathered about 40K alchemy stone fragments and from all the crafts and fusions I got 1 red alchemy stone.. after that I was following drop chat when events that sold alchemy stones was up and I saw same peopple getting 3 ~ 4 red drops in a mather of minutes.. Id say the "" RNG "" is more of a joke or I am super unlucky. So yea.... we need a boost to those :)
