Does anybody know for 100% whether the Red Gear(don't know why im asking since Ill never drop one) is in the loot tables at all for maps that do not specifically have them listed in the Loot Table when viewing the area on the world map?  Are the areas with them specifically listed just a higher chance or the drops are 100% exclusive to that area?

Exclusive to that area, but dont worry you're chances of getting red item are so small right now that you can consider it this way:

1. At any time you are there you can get red item.

2. No matter how much time you will spend you will never get a red item.

Both are true statements, the second one is applicable to +99% of the player base, so do you feel lucky?
