I left the game some months back and just recently decided to come back and play. My camp is inaccessible and my family name is reset. I need to understand what happened. Why cant i access my camp? Why is my family name reset?

I should elaborate more. Ive done the neccessary quest line to access my camp and even upgraded it before i ended up leaving. I dont see any reason that it isnt available.
