I can't give blue rose corolla to statue, relog already but still cannot

I hace sold blue flawers before knowing what were they for. How can I obtain another 150 flowers?

You can bye from the gift shop in every town but I think only 20 every day.,can you tell me were is the statue to go and leave the flowers because I can’t find it
