BUG MOUNT,.SPIRIT WALKER CANNOT GRAB ME (VK)

Mount bug is still not resolved. See screenshot. My guildmate (SW) me cannot grab me in open arena. No screenshot here.

I'm the SW and I cant grab NOVA and vice versa.. I also cant grab AM and Phantasma. I'm also experiencing mount bug and it's really is an inconvenience.
