Let water be craftbale with a bunch of Nesser's Blessing. Or let it be exchangeabe for water through a desert npc. Like 5 Nesser's blessing for a 5 min water or something. Or exchange it through an npc for edana coins. I've been stacking these things yet it does not have much use even though it can be considered as a rare drop as it is marked as a red item. Hope PA will give it a thought.
