Overcap substats with skills

Could you make that skill stats boosts for example: PvP. Damage reduction 10% of a character pasive skill don't enter in that maximum 50% PvP. Damage reduction, so you can overcap that with your skills, because we get that maximum with the gear already then feels the skills buffs are useless. Such as extra movespeed, attack speed, crítical chance, crítical damage. Thanks ❤️

This is actually a great idea. Maybe including the imprints too. 
 
Also if possible, PA could add skill add-ons, where we decide which skill recieves what buff or debuff.
But of course, it should only be applied to skills which already have, AP+, DP+, burn, bleed, etc. Its just that we get to decide which of these substats to equip to a specific skill.
The level of the skill will be set as the buff/debuff multiplier of these skill add-ons. Limiting the repetitive equip of the same add-on to a maximum of 2 where they can only be chaged with Skill Extraction Coupons or a different/new coupon that cost pearls or black pearls.
This would greatly emphasize to what build we use, and greatly differs the playstyles in a 1v1 even though adventurers are using the same classes.
