Currently, Root of Sorcery only drops in the East Valencia zones. However, considering the cost and limited availability of the Chaos Rift Region, I believe it should include any new high-end drops that are introduced. If the intent is to CP restrict that item, perhaps a different approach such as having them in chests (which would check cp when opened) to determine rewards could be used. Thanks!
