This is the second time I was removed from a guild after obtaining 5k with no warning!! I play everyday, I completed 3 guild dailies EVERYDAY... I was saving the points to obtain guild event... Now, I am wanting to create my own guild.. but have no idea how, and cannot find any information regarding creating a guild. PLEASE HELP...

It's the sheild icon next to the inventory bag. That takes you to the guild select menu. Two options are available. Create a Guild OR Apply for Guild.
