Guys, after i deleted 1 character, skills training altar lost 50%. was 95 level became 94.5 level

Shouldn't it work like a black spirit level? I spent books and silver and it didn’t come back, and they just disappeared.

I mean, if I remove all the heroes, will the altar be reset to 0?

Please make the mechanics of Family Skills Training level, the same as the mechanics of black spirit level.
