Guys, did the global version already released the u/d for void knight, where her 2 skills will be more faster and she cast her other skills more faster?

I saw this u/d in YouTube uploaded by icexgaming in kr version, I just don't know if they already released it global, since I just came back to try to play my VK but I feel her skills are still on the same speed as before..😆😆
