I Need help to know , how to get title "Empty Pockets" 

From info this title , its say "Loss From Merchantry" . Its mean 
1. Total purchase < Total Sold at ending merchantry 
2. Buy Yellow item / spesial item and sell loss at another town
3. End merchantry with lncome back 95% 


Help me to get this title
