I have everything needed but I can no longer make craft such things even though I have required items. What changed?

Do you have any video? There must be an issue either in your main quest or a minor issue of some sort.

 

The best thing to do in this issue is to forward it to customer support that includes a video so they can assist you right away. I've had the same problem before and went to CS straightway.
