You need to access and farm at South Valencia. They are included in the chaos chest drops. 21K CP requirement.

Or gift vendor in Keplan. You have to use a LOT of stamina for a 1-2 flowers.

i know that already…
idk here at global but kr bdm gave out free 150 flowers for players bc lots of them complained abt it due to those reasons you mentioned. so im asking second time . i have requested already at bug report section.

No...if it's for The siani story quest,u now only need 50 blue rose...this already done the change on 28 Dec update patches...i have already done the quest it only use 50 blue rose :)
