IVE just hit level 60 for the first time with the new accended archer class!! I've almost finished the main story but I cant access the learning trials to learn the new skills how do I do this????

Go to skill instructor and buy skills books. Then use skill books. Voila. Have a nice day

It says you need to do a skill quest first before you buy the book.... where is that quest at?
