Is it a bug or is it just me? 

I used to get good drops in open world (skill books, orange chests even Hero's legacy) now I hardly get anything other than trash.

and the dice drop rate, I almost get like one fragment an hour.

are you all having the same issue?

Before the hadum patch, there were hot time scroll and possibly you get good drop due to the hot time, after the hadum patch, we don't have any hot time at all in two weeks, so it affects the drop quality.

let's wait for another hot time after next week maintenance.
