According to the patch notes from 08/18 and update 08/19 the changing of mob name color did not affect drop rates.

But i been farming Taphtar Hill / Basilisk' Altar before patch and got a descend amount of elite skillbooks but since the patch i got ZERO (0) elte skillbooks. even with 100% ht scrolls and bonus soups x2.

so what is going on?......

I agree with you, currently @ tephtar getting maybe a book a day since update? Trash rates.
