Does the 300% hot time + Chicken Soup still works while your in blackspirit Mode?

I believe the consensus was that boosts don't apply in black spirit mode. The consensus could be wrong, I never did rigorous testing whether it did or didn't, but BSM mode definitely was slower levelling and looting.
