None of my boss rush bars will go past 23, I raised the difficulty into the red and no matter how high I got they just sit at 23? Is there a formula or something where they are capped somehow? In the knowledge list the bonuses go up to a combined 4000, which is way higher than I thought, I am at 430 or so now. Has anything like this happened to anyone else?

The day after I post this they raised them to 50. But nowhere could I find that they were capped at 23. I love this game but their communication is spotty at best.
